CAD/CAM

On/Off line machine programming is carried out using the latest Pathtrace Edge Cam software.  This facilitates flexibility of machine capacity and faster turnaround of customer’s orders with the ability to utilize customer’s solid models

Fully Computerised Systems

To provide fast processing of customers enquiries, quotations and control of workflow and delivery status all of Acrona’s systems are computerised using ‘Visual Production’ customised software.  Furthermore in line with the company’s ISO 9001 accreditation, full trace-ability and conformity documentation is readily available via the integrated computerised quality management system.

Comprehensive CNC milling and turning capabilities which are all CAD/CAM driven with Pathtrace software are complemented by a full range of finishing and treatment processes via Acrona’s approved contractors.  Precision mechanical subassembly and test can also be undertaken to customer’s requirements.
