Our CNC turning division consists of a team of highly skilled engineers dedicated to the operation of:

2 X Doosan Puma 2100SY with live tooling and sub-spindle (Fanuc controls)

1 X Doosan Puma 2000 SY (Fanuc controls)

2 X LNS ECO LOAD Bar Feeders

1 X XYZ 425 SLX3 x 1.25m CNC Lathe

(CNC/ Manual Gap Bed Length, 250mm 3 Jaw Cuck, 700 Swing in Gap, 480mm swing over bed, 2000mm B.C. 80mm Spindle bore, 1800rpm)

Having two LNS ECO LOAD Bar feeds allows us the capacity to manufacture large volumes of turned components with the greatest of efficiency.

We have a routine maintenance contract in place to ensure that all our machines are as operational as possible to guard against lose of production.
